The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities provided, including a spacious room with a huge bed and towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was cheap and delicious, offering plenty of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

Friendly helpfull staff, very comfortable bed.

We did not realise breakfast stopped at 9am, we should have checked on arrival, and we did get a refund.

Great location close to everything we wanted to check out. the rooms were neat and organized. Definitely a place we'd recommend 😊.

Stayed in a lovely room for two nights recently, which was comfortable and clean. the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. the hotel was also situated in a great location, with plenty of amenities nearby and a petrol station just next door. Another plus point was that there was ample parking available, which is always a bonus.

Although the hotel was situated close to amenities, it was also located just off a busy road, so there was some traffic noise.

Excellent reception from the staff. Nothing was too much for them to do. Could teach a lot more expensive hotels how to teach their guests

The hotel's location on a busy roundabout is perfect for easy access to Braintree town centre and the adjacent pub, which serves a delicious breakfast. The rooms have a huge bed and are clean and fresh, ensuring a comfortable stay.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Slept like a log the bed was so comfortable. this was the first time we have stayed in a Hotel like this and we were very surprised and pleased with the facilities.

Clean comfortable room, helpful staff and lovely Pub attached with good value food and lovely all inclusive breakfast.

shower gel dispenser was'nt working

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend of shopping, and I must say, it was a great choice. the location on a major roundabout made it incredibly easy to get to and from Braintree town center and other nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a huge bed that ensured a good night's sleep. And finally, the adjacent pub was a fantastic bonus, offering a delicious breakfast at a very reasonable price.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay.
